Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle amicably a dispute with JOH Consulting (Tarmago). Before referring a dispute to the mediator, the consumer must first have sent a written complaint to Tarmago customer service (contact@tarmago.com); if no satisfactory answer is received, the mediator can be contacted no later than one year after that complaint. 6. Listed track days and ranking

Tarmago lists two kinds of track days. Bookable days are sold on Tarmago by registered and verified organisers, under the Terms of Sale. Days marked as “indicative” are taken from information made public by their organisers (websites, calendars): Tarmago has no contract with these organisers, receives no payment from them, and does not guarantee dates, prices or availability, which may have changed. They are booked directly with the organiser. The calendar is sorted by date, then by the filters chosen by the user; no placement is paid for. An organiser may ask for their days to be corrected or removed at contact@tarmago.com.

7. Limitation of liability

Tarmago acts as an intermediary platform connecting trackday organisers with riders. Tarmago does not replace organisers in any way and disclaims any liability for the running, safety and supervision of events. Each organiser is solely responsible for the organisation and regulatory compliance of their track days.

8. Minors

The use of Tarmago and the booking of track days are reserved for adults (18 years old and over). Every user declares being of age when creating an account. Organisers may impose additional age conditions for participation in their events.

9. Applicable law

The tarmago.com website and this legal notice are governed by French law. Disputes between professionals fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Lille; consumers may bring proceedings before the court provided for by the French Consumer Code.
