All content on tarmago.com (texts, images, logo, design, source code) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from JOH Consulting.

6. Limitation of liability

Tarmago acts as an intermediary platform connecting trackday organisers with riders. Tarmago does not replace organisers in any way and disclaims any liability for the running, safety and supervision of events. Each organiser is solely responsible for the organisation and regulatory compliance of their track days.

7. Minors

The use of Tarmago and the booking of track days are reserved for adults (18 years old and over). Every user declares being of age when creating an account. Organisers may impose additional age conditions for participation in their events.

8. Applicable law

The tarmago.com website and these legal notices are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Bordeaux are solely competent.
