Organiser Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the tarmago.com platform by trackday organisers. By submitting an organiser registration request, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.
Article 2 — Eligibility and verification
Organiser registration is reserved for the following legal entities: companies (SARL, SAS, EURL, SASU), self-employed individuals, and 1901 law associations. Tarmago carries out manual verification (KYC) including: SIRET check (societe.com) or RNA number check (data.asso.fr), review of the legal representative's ID, review of the business proof less than 3 months old (Kbis, articles, insurance certificate). Verification time is 24 to 48 working hours. Tarmago reserves the right to refuse any request without further justification beyond the reason communicated by email.
Article 3 — Commission and invoicing
Tarmago charges a 7% commission (incl. tax) on each spot price and options (excluding insurance) booked through the platform. Optional insurances are paid in full (0% commission). Funds are paid to the organiser via Stripe Connect the day after the event (D+1). Event creation and platform use are free for organisers.
Article 4 — Organiser obligations
The organiser commits to: providing accurate and up-to-date information on their events, holding all required authorisations to organise track days, ensuring the safety and supervision of events in line with regulations, subscribing professional liability insurance covering their activity, respecting the cancellation policy chosen for each event.
Article 5 — Cancellation by the organiser
If an event with confirmed bookings is cancelled, the organiser commits to a flat €50 penalty. This penalty is automatically deducted from their next Tarmago revenue. Tarmago refunds the affected riders in full.
Article 6 — KYC documents and data
Documents submitted at registration (ID, business proof) are stored securely in a private storage with temporary signed URL access. They are used exclusively for identity and activity verification. These documents are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 5 years under vigilance obligations. The IBAN provided is transmitted to Stripe Connect for payouts and is not stored permanently in clear text on our servers.
Article 7 — Suspension and termination
Tarmago reserves the right to suspend or delete an organiser account in case of: breach of these Terms, false or misleading information, fraudulent behaviour, repeated rider complaints. On deletion, active events are cancelled and riders refunded. The user role is downgraded to « rider ».
Article 8 — Liability
Tarmago is a technical intermediary. The organiser bears full responsibility for their events. Tarmago cannot be held liable for damage arising from the organisation or running of track days.
Article 9 — Applicable law
These Terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Bordeaux shall have sole jurisdiction.
