Frequently asked questions
- What does the trial include?
- During the 14-day trial, analysis is open on your last 3 track days, 15 sessions at most. Your whole history opens with the first payment. Deleting sessions does not open other days. One trial per person and per card.
- How do I cancel?
- Online, from "My subscription" (your account menu), in a few clicks. Analysis stays open until the end of the paid period and you receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Can I change my mind after subscribing?
- Yes: for 14 days after subscribing, the "Withdraw from contract here" button on "My subscription" stops the subscription immediately. Nothing is due during the trial; after a payment, you are refunded for the unused part.
- What happens to my data if I stop?
- Nothing is deleted: your sessions, laps, line, logbook and export stay available for free.
- What about the mobile app?
- You subscribe on the website. Your subscription also applies in the app.
