The Circuit de la Châtre, in Montgivray near La Châtre in the Indre, in Centre-Val de Loire, bears the name of Maurice Tissandier. The operator presents it as a circuit with two courses. The permanent circuit follows the original 1955 track: a short, very technical track. The 2.325 km historic long circuit, laid out in 1978, uses a section of the D940 and serves the Auto Rétro Sport. A beginner rider laps between 0'56" and 1'06". An experienced rider laps between 0'43" and 0'49". The circuit is open on average 200 days a year, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. Showers are available on site. Electrical hook-up boxes can be hired as an option.
