Motorcycle circuits in Spain
Spain is the first destination for French riders crossing the border: four MotoGP-calendar circuits open to amateurs, some twenty other tracks, and a season that runs all winter in Andalusia and along the Mediterranean coast. Expect most often €400 to €700 per day depending on the circuit and the organiser, accommodation and transport not included.

MotoGP circuits open to track day riders
Four circuits on the MotoGP calendar host sessions open to amateur riders: Jerez, the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Ricardo Tormo in Valencia and MotorLand Aragón. These are the tracks you see on television, with their run-off, their surface and their length (4 to 5.3 km) — exactly what riders crossing the border come for.
Beyond those four names, Spain has some twenty circuits with regular sessions: Almería and Circuito de Andalucía in the south, Alcarràs and Calafat in Catalonia, Cartagena, Navarra, Monteblanco, Guadix. Less famous and often cheaper, they can suit a first track day better than a Grand Prix layout.
Riding in Spain in winter
From November to March, when French circuits are closed or soaked, the season goes on in Andalusia and along the Mediterranean coast: Jerez, Almería, Andalucía, Valencia, Alcarràs and Cartagena have dates all winter. That is the reason for most trips: several French and European organisers run days and two-to-four-day camps there, bike on a trailer or in a van, sometimes with rental bikes on site.
Budget-wise, a day in Spain most often costs between €400 and €700 depending on the circuit and the organiser, accommodation and transport not included — more than a day in France, but on a Grand Prix track with near-guaranteed weather. Prices, entry conditions and noise limits are each organiser's own: they are shown on every date in the calendar, with a link to their website.
